Interview
I arrived about fifteen minutes early to the 3:00pm interview. I sat in the lobby for about five minutes until an employee brought me into an interview room. I then waiting for another five minutes until an employee notified that an interviewer would be in shortly. Once she arrived, we immediately began discussing my background. She then went on to explain the position in more detail and went on to describe the type of environment and people make up the company. She noted that they look for type A, outgoing personalities. She mentioned it was a fun, tight knit environment and that they all frequent happy hours and restaurants together.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
