Interview
Complete waste of time. I got contacted by one of the recruiters over linkedin and had a total of 3 phone conversations with the recruiter. I got to ask a lot of questions and he also got to interview me over the phone. This experience was good. However he was never honest and straightforward about what the job actually entitles and just kept on making it seem like it was the best place to work at and a great over all job to have. At one point i straight up asked him if it was a sales job and he told me no. Fast forward a few weeks later I went into the in person interview and all they asked me were sales related questions. The girls I met were not friendly did not seem like they wanted to be there and were very uninterested. I was told to bring three copies of my resume and all of the interviewers did not take it. Very un professional setting. Seemed like a very competitive work environment that doesn’t take care of or care for their employees. If the recruiter had been honest to me about what the job actually was I wouldn’t have wasted my time or their time with continuing through this interview process.

Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
