I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
Initial phone screen to assess if I was a good fit for the client-facing recruiter/account manager role. Then we set up an in-person interview in the San Antonio office. Everyone was friendly and seemed to like me, it was an informal interview for the most part. I was interviewed by 2 account managers who asked a lot about my background and it felt like I was talking to some friends over coffee. I was taken to "the pit" and everyone in the office got up to shake my hand, which was welcoming but a little unexpected. I was called the next day and notified that I was moving on to the next round, which was a lunch. I felt that it went well, but ultimately I was told a few days later that they had decided to hire someone else. I didn't think it was the best fit for me anyway, but it was a good interview experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
