Interview
A talent acquisition specialist contacted me when she found my resume online. She told me how I seemed like a "perfect" candidate for the position and how all of my experience and qualifications matched up with Insight Global's recruiter job requirements. Had about a 20 minute phone conversation where she filled me in on what the company is and all that it has to offer. After our conversation, she insisted that I come in for an interview. It was made clear that this first interview was "very casual" in that it would take about a half hour and would be set up as more of a conversational interview rather than typical interview questions. For my interview I ended up speaking with two people. The first one seemed very nice and I thought that we had an awesome conversation although I felt as if the whole time she kept looking at me and judging me (I can't explain it, you just know when this is happening). The second girl came in and was even worse. From the second she walked in the door to the second she left, it was nothing but judgement. It is pretty clear when you are sitting alone in a small room with someone to tell/feel if they are judging you. She sat there with an attitude as if she thought she was better than me and everyone else. In any interview, obviously you are being judged in a way but this was a different type. Very unprofessional and biased. Turns out this "casual interview" is a way for them to judge you based on your looks and decide if they want to proceed or not. I consider myself a very normal, good looking personl but I guess because I don't weigh a solid 80 pounds and don't look like Kim Kardashian they didn't want to hire me. So don't apply for a job with this company or interview with them unless you meet their very strict "standards".

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
