I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2018
Interview
Upon arriving I waited in a conference room for almost 30 minutes which was my first impression of the company, when the sales manager came in she said her other meeting had run over. Thats fine, things happen but then during my interview she seemed extremely uninterested like she was just trying to get the interview over with. I drove 35 minutes to Raleigh just to sit in a room with a lady who seemed bored out of her mind. I understand that interviewing can be draining, but it felt like she had already made her decision from the second she came in the room so i'm not sure why either of our time was wasted. The interview itself was conversational but again not sure if she was even listening to what I was saying.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
