I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Spoke on the phone with a recruiter then had an in-person interview at the office. During the in-person interview I spoke to an Account Manager and the Sales Manager separately. I liked the way this interview was structured because it gave me a lot of freedom to ask questions and get to know the interviewer. I did not feel bombarded with questions, although; this forced me to highlight my value and goals in my own way during the casual conversation. It was my job to show them what I would bring to the role/company without being asked upfront.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
