I applied online through LinkedIn where I was contacted by a recruiter about scheduling a phone call with him. After a very nice phone call, I set up an interview with the company for the next week. The interview went well and I loved talking to everyone I met. I met with four different people in a lot of different departments in Business Operations. They mainly asked personality questions, none of the behavioral type questions. I also asked them a lot of questions about the company and the environment at work. I honestly thought it went well, but they decided to pass on me after one interview.

The interview was very casual and conversational. I wasn't having to answer question after question and our conversation was comfortable and flowed well. Said she would get back to me by the end of the following week, but it took much longer. Lower range salary for an operations job (~32,000) but seems like a very enjoyable work environment with a lot of young employees!

Interview
I was connected through LinkedIn by a recruiter. We set up a time to talk on the phone and immediately set up a time for a face to face interview. I interviewed with two people and they only asked one question "Tell me about yourself", after they explained the position and asked me if I had any questions.
The interview felt very informal. The second person I interviewed with said that I did really good and that my recruiter would contact me in the next few days with the next step. I never heard anything back. I feel like the recruiter should have reached out and told me I would not be moving on in the interview process and that they were pursuing other candidates.
