I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn saying that he was interested in my resume. To become a Recruiter/Account Manager, you basically need a Bachelor's in anything and have good social skills. The recruiter asked me for available times, and he said he was going to call me. The first phone call is basic questions, like "tell me about yourself" and "why are you interested in Insight Global." This is where you are suppose to showcase your social skills. The problem with this was that I thought that this was just a casual conversation and I didn't realize that the recruiter was taking notes. From there, you get asked for an in person interview. I read all of the Glassdoor interview questions that helped me prepare for the interview. I was expecting the interview to last a long time, but I actually was in and out for a brief 15 minutes. The person I interviewed with asked me only a couple of questions then asked me if I had any questions. The first question was "Tell me about yourself" and "what are you doing this weekend." I was put in and out. The person interviewing me said she was going to compare her notes with the recruiter who did the phone interview. She said that she would send a follow up email on Friday, which hasn't happened. Overall, I was frustrated with how quickly I was let out.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
