I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Sacramento, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Connected with someone at my career fair from InsighGlobal and they got me really excited about the company and coming in for an interview ( I didn't really have any interest in recruiting before). I interviewed at the new Sacramento office. Honestly I was in love where it was located in a gorgeous building right in the middle of midtown. The interview went well more conversational kind of interview. Asked me at the end though why me over everyone else which is what threw me off. The interviewer himself said to be prepared we have a few more rounds to go through at the end of my interview. Three days later my recruiter called me (not even the person who interviewed me) and said she had unfortunate news it was so competitive and they decided to go with someone else. This was interesting to me because 1. it was a completely new office and 2. I was told to get ready for more rounds. The whole process was a little misleading and fake. I have found way better recruiting companies to work for and am happy this one did not pan out.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
