I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I was first contacted by a Corporate Recruiter via LinkedIn and applied to the Recruiter position online. There was a phone screening that was super casual and only lasted about 5 to 10 minutes. Following the phone screen, they will invite you to the office to meet with 2-3 Account Managers. The interview process with Insight Global is different than other companies because the company focuses more on your personality than your resume (because being a Recruiter and/or an Account Manager requires a specific type of personality). The interview feels very laid back and it's more of a conversation, and it's super important to ask questions. If the Account Managers you met with during the first interview like you, you will be invited back to the office for a final round interview. The final round will be over coffee or lunch with a Sales Manager, and super similar to the other interview as it is very conversational and more about getting to know one another (although a lot of the conversation is also about the company and the position). Insight Global looks for people who can make connections, drive conversation, and form relationships. So basically, if your personality and motivation fit with the company culture, you should get an offer! I loved Insight Global's interview process because they really care about making sure you are a good fit before giving you an offer, and I feel like other companies focus too much on the technical aspects. Your Corporate Recruiter will be in contact with you throughout the process to give you advice and feedback which is also super helpful. Just be yourself and if it's the place for you, it will work out!

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
