I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I first was messaged by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Later, we spoke at a career fair at my university. After chatting with one of the recruiters, I was offered an interview at the Downtown Los Angeles location. The recruiter mentioned that she and 2-3 other staff members would be interviewing me. The recruiter never made an appearance and I talked to 2 young women that worked at the company. The interview is super conversational and is meant to gauge your personality and willingness to schmooze your way to the top. I was told on the phone prior to the interview to mention that I am competitive and financially motivated, but not to ask any questions about salary which I found odd. The entire process was a pretty big waste of my time and I am slightly upset knowing that the recruiter probably made some commission off me coming into the office.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
