I was contacted by an Internal Recruiter through LinkedIn and did a phone interview which went well. I was then scheduled for a face to face interview but the person I was supposed to meet with was out of the office which I thought was unprofessional, so I had to talk to some potential co-workers instead. interview questions were basic and they showed me around the office. I was then invited back for a final interview which was scheduled during happy hour and was very laid-back and casual. I thought it went really well so I was surprised that I didn't get the job offer.
