I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I was recruited by a woman via Linkedin and handshake and she asked me to apply and meet here at the career fair in the upcoming weeks. I chatted with her and signed up for an on campus interview the following day.
The first interview was with 2 people, one an account manager and one was a higher up manager of the Seattle branch. It was short, and they talked the majority of the time.
I was then asked to combine my second and third interviews into one day when I would be in town since they were so interested in me.
The recruiter called me to brief me on how the day would go, I met with 4 people who interviewed me asking fairly broad questions. Then I went to lunch with the same manager from the first interview and another account manager. Finally, we went back to the office for a tour of the space and I met everyone who was working that day.
The whole final interview process was very long and I met with a multitude of people- all of which seemed to primarily promote how much money I would be making if I worked there (they all promised over 6 figures in 2 years for an entry level position, which is absurd) .
Overall, it was kind of hard to take this company seriously as they continuously described their company culture as Wolf of Wallstreet-esq
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
