The interview process took about a week and a half. It was very different and not what I was expecting at all. IG is a staffing firm so they did a phenomenal job at answering any questions I had for them before I even asked. I enjoyed the interview process!

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
