I had a phone call to get to know me better along with giving me the opportunity to ask any questions I had about the company. I then had an interview scheduled the following week. Before going to that interview you must complete an online personality assessment. Answer the assessment honestly! You do not want to work for a company that is not the right fit for your personality and work-life culture.

Spoke to 2 other account managers. Felt like the interview was more about my personality than about the actual job and my qualifications. The corporate recruiter contacted me through Linkedln and called me for a brief phone interview. Then I met him and other account managers individually for the interview.

I was asked to come in prepared to lead the conversation. The interview asked very few questions, and mostly answered my questions about the company. The seemed very rushed to get on with their work, so I didn't feel like they were very interested in getting to know if I was a good candidate or not.
