I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (New York, NY) in Jul 2020
Interview
Thorough, but not intimidating. Nice people. I liked the feel of the company and the office. It was a nice group of people I would recommend. Didn't get the role though. Needed more experience.

Question 1
Scenario questions were the key to the interview process.
Virtual interview. Ghosted for a while after the interview, after following up multiple times I get rejected. It’s definitely a numbers game with them. Some time after, I got approached by another recruiter from here saying that I’d be a good fit, despite my experience with them prior. Overall I never felt like a candidate to begin with.

I started out doing a phone interview, and then they advised me to take a test. After I took the test, you would either be qualifed or not based on your results. After that, they will bring you in for a in person interview.
