I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global in May 2021
Interview
I was recruited on Linkedin for a sales position, and I decided to give it a go. I went through a casual phone interview with a recruiter then two rounds of formal interviews with team members. In the first formal interview, the recruiter told me to be myself and talk about non-professional experiences that sum up my candidacy. I was given feedback between this and the second interview, where I was told to be more vulnerable. Throughout the whole process, I repeatedly got told how much they loved me and how great I was doing, but was still not offered anything. I asked for feedback on my second round and never got a reply. I definitely liked having a point of contact throughout who gave me great feedback between rounds but was disappointed when I couldn't get told why I was chosen.
