Interview
I had a quick call with the recruiter and a second call with two consultants. One was working with the client, another was said to be an architect. After some questions he builds out teams not software. An hour later, the recruiter called me and said they were extending an offer. He call me the next day to start the background checks. I have since only exchanged a few emails with him. I have accepted an offer elsewhere but this is so unprofessional.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Aug 2021
Interview
Insight reached out to me through a third party website and talked to me about an opportunity with a company. I then interviewed with Insight before getting an interview with the company in question. While this review is not about the company, Insight did fail me in a few places. One being the fact it felt like they were rushing me through just to throw a resume at the position. Second, they allowed the company to not even interview me. Finally, I never felt like they were my voice in this and instead were just an agent of the company.
