I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Interviewed on zoom with two employees from the Austin location. It was friendly and they really wanted to see that I was A. capable of being a successful member of the team as well as B. fit in with the company culture.
People were nice during interview process but then in person was weird. Some people were super nice and others were cold and rude. Don’t hear great things about them. I was confident going through the interview process but after my in person experience it took a while to hear from them and then they didn’t offer me the postion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a brief phone call with the recruiter. Then based on a brief conversation, she gave me an interview a few days after. The interview was short, the person sold the company rather than wanted me to sell myself for the company.
Over the phone and pretty easy. Talked to a few different people. I was asked to walk through my resume and asked why I wanted this position. They told me what the position looked like as well as the next position you could work your way up to.
