Insight Global’s professional recruiter, Brittany Cowan, was extremely friendly and considerate when she interviewed me on the phone. She was super clear in explaining the job requirements. She did not make me feel nervous at all throughout the interview. Immediately after the phone interview, she emailed me detailed description of the position, so I get a chance to review the job’s requirements and qualifications. When she called again and let me know I was being selected for the second interview round and training, she sounded very excited and energetic. She kindly helped me fill out all required paperwork before the second interview.
