I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2015
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about the qualifications on my LinkedIn, and we talked on the phone the next day. She was very friendly and excited to tell me about the job, and gave me a lot of background info. As we kept talking, she talked to me about a face to face interview. I went to that a few days later and was interviewed by three different people. Two being hiring managers and one other account manager. They all asked very basic questions, it was more conversational than anything else. They want to see how you interact with people. After that, I got a call about an hour later about a second coffee interview with the two hiring managers. I wrote that I did not receive an offer because I have not been through my second interview yet.

Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
