Interview
It's very flashy for young college graduates. They'll take you into the office if they like you so you can see a group of good looking coworkers. They'll talk 100% of the time about the account management role even though you are going to start as an IT recruiter. You'll hear all about the amount of money you can make as an account manager and you'll be promoted within 4-6 months. You'll be lucky if you're promoted at all because they do not care about promoting the best and brightest. They really only care about promotions when it is convenient for them to bring someone into sales. They want their recruiters to stay in recruiting as long as possible because the company makes so much money off of them and pays them little to nothing for the amount of work they are required to perform each and every week.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
