I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Insight Global in Mar 2015
Interview
They first did a phone interview with a recruiter out of Chicago. After the phone interview they asked me to come in for an interview. They said i would be meeting with 2-3 three people individually. I waited a very long time for anyone to come meet me. Finally someone came out and met me. In the interview they asked me no questions and the women who interviewed me only talked about going out and drinking. Drinking with clients, coworkers, and doing it all the time. After I was finished with talking to the first person they put me in a small meeting room and I sat and waited for over 30 minutes for the next person to interview me. FInally the first women I interviewed with came out and apologized and said the next person couldn't meet with me. I called the recruiter from chicago and let him know about my experience and he was very apologetic. I then had a lunch interview and it went extremely well and got offered a job on the spot.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
