I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interviewing with Insight Global was a pleasure, they make sure that you have a clear understanding of what it is they do and get to know you as a person. I think they look for personable people that are easy to build a relationship with. I went through two interviews. The first was at their office and I met my recruiter, an account manager, and the sales manager at that office. They just got to know me as a person and answered any questions I had. My second interview was a lunch interview with a sales manager. No complaints related to the interviewing, they were very cordial and wanted a sense of who I was opposed to what I know.
