I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process at the Houston office was very laid back, they made you feel very comfortable. You could immediately tell the culture of the office was very upbeat and friendly, when I came in they were throwing a birthday party for one of their employees. Every person I spoke with during the interview explained the company thoroughly, and gave me honest feedback on what they liked about their job and the company. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the company from what I saw in the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
