I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL)
Interview
A corporate recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, we had a 30 minute phone interview were she just asked me general questions (tell me about yourself, why recruiting and sales, what are you looking for in a position and company). That went well, she was very friendly, and I was asked to come in for a in-person interview in Chicago. I went in and the office was very nice and updated. I sat in a conference room and 3 different account managers one at a time came in and interviewed me. It seemed more like a conversation as they asked me about myself and background and then if I had any questions for them. HAVE LOTS OF QUESTIONS PREPARED!! It seemed as it was going well and the people I talked with were very easy to talk with and laugh. It lasted around 30 minutes and they told me to contact the corporate recruiter on the phone to talk about the interview. I talked with her and told her I was still interested.
Unfortunately, a couple days later I e-mailed asking if she heard back any feedback from the interview. They decided to go on with another candidate for the last lunch interview. It was a good experience though, seems like a great open company to work for, with young professionals.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, why sales, are you competitive/what motivates you, do you have any questions for me
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
