The interview process moved very quickly. I got a call from a recruiter asking if I was interested in a 3 month contract customer support position at Cisco. We scheduled for a face-to-face meeting with each other the next day, and he gave me a run-down of the position and gauged my fit for it. The recruiter was extremely friendly and supportive. An interview with Cisco was then scheduled the next day. Overall, these are great recruiters to work with. They go above and beyond for candidates and for clients as well I assume. They were very transparent with the process, and the communication was quick and clear. They touched base with me when they said they would, and they were very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.
