I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
I was found through zip recruiter. I had a phone interview and then we scheduled a face-to-face interview, which consisted of three small interviews. The process was very laid back, which I couldn't tell if that was a good thing or not. I could tell from the beginning I wasn't going to fit in with this company and did not get the offer, Everyone was a little too peppy and "too cool for school" for me, and I couldn't tell if people actually took their jobs seriously. Everyone was so young that it made me feel like there was no room for growth.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I got a lot of the basics, and I was also asked about my social life. I applied from out of state and was asked by each interviewer what my plans were for Friday night. I couldn't tell if that was a trap or if they were all just genuinely interested. However, I didn't come to the interview to talk about my social life.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
