I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview with Agent, then with Client. Agent was informed that they wanted to change the requirements after we had already had the interview. Time was wasted on both sides. Would have preferred that the correct requirements were posted for the position.
First interview was over the phone, then an in-office interview with account managers, then casual lunch with the person who was in charge. Overall easy streamlined process. Recruiter follows up constantly throughout process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The company recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview, and then I was brought in for an in person one. The company recruiter told me to call her after the interview and seemed really excited for me. When I got there I only spoke with one person for less than five minutes. She only asked me two questions and the other person allegedly interviewing me "was busy". While I don't think it was my best interview, it was also so short I feel like I wasn't even given the opportunity to actually say much. Felt very off and weird when I called the recruiter and she didn't answer. Waited several weeks, and didn't even receive the decency of a rejection when they reached out to me. Several months later THE SAME RECRUITER reached out to me asking if I was looking for work as though we had never spoken. It was just really disheartening, as they reached out to me only to leave me hanging. I'm so happy I dodged a bullet by not working here. I know a few people who got jobs here and ended up quitting shortly after.
