I was contracted by the recruitment team from US for an urgent and immediate remote position. This came in through Linkedin. I had 2 discussions, one with the recruiter and one with his manager. They took my resume, my salary expectations and told me that the requirement was for their customer. They also told me that they will schedule the interview in next 2 days. But the next 2 days never came. I followed up but then silence. I then went ahead and saw the reviews and saw that Insight Global is known for Ghosting. They contact you for urgent requirements, take details and then vanish. This company is not even worth considering.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Feb 2025
Interview
Pre screen, 2 round interview, very straightforward. They prepped me with all the potential questions and things they are looking for and it was very easy to be prepared. Thankful for the opportunity and they are very supportive and helped with whatever I needed.
