Interview
There really wasn't much to this interview. I had sent my resume via the website and was called for an interview within the hour. This told me that I was more than likely in. When I sat with the manager we discussed some of my previous experience and my roles. After that we discussed the long nights and compensation. From there she told me that in order to get the job 3 of my references must speak with her, so make sure you don't put bogus ones down.
