Met the girl at a nearby Starbucks because the store wasn't open yet. She was very nice and very well informed about the company. She was constantly smiling and had a very magnetic energy. She seemed to really love her job, the company or perhaps both. We sat and talked for over an hour. I was her last interview of the night.

The interview process was very good. I was asked simple questions about availability, my confidence in how I could handle running a shift, and discussion of my relevant work experience. The interview was only a few minutes, about ten. They ask a series of questions that are very simple to answer. After the interview was completed, I was told I am hired if I am interested.
