If you love EDM and the festivals this is/was probably one of the dreams jobs everyone had, especially around its peak after EDC moved to Vegas. I probably would have loved to work here in my early 20’s but I choose to stick with college. Then graduated etc. applied, I was asked to come in for an interview and I have to say it was a very positive experience. Although in your late 20’s your looking for More stability and long term growth, you may get it with Live Nation but did not see the appeal with insomniac, seems like they are outsourcing a lot of their in house depts to Live Nation. So if your extremely interested go thru Live Nation. I choose not to go forward with my process because the pay was so low. I highly recommend their internship program tho.
