ABSOLUTELY INSANE PROCESS. They want all candidates to first do a 3 part, multi section, full test, UNPAID, then they'll maybe choose to do the actual interview. The actual pay is so low it's funny, especially for MANDATORY IN PERSON work. Seriously, who is doing graphic design IN PERSON DAILY for $22 an hour? What a joke.

Met with HR, then met with marketing rep and a sr. designer and talked about my portfolio. Afterwards they sent me a 3 Part Assessment (unpaid) and told me to complete it in order to be considered for the final interview. This took me a few hours to complete. I completed it but then got ghosted. Sent a follow up email and got no reply.
