I was picked for an interview, and coordinated a convenient time with an Insomniac recruiter via text message. The interview was conducted over the phone, it was not a video call. The interviewer was friendly but very corporate professional, I felt that the interview went well. They said they would follow up with me for a second interview but actually ghosted me for two weeks, I finally sent a follow-up email only for an automated reply to say I was not chosen as a candidate, even though they told me I had another interview? Bad communication.
