The recruiter rescheduled our interview after arriving late because she did not know we had an interview scheduled even though it was scheduled through a calendar link she sent me prior to the interview. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional even when we did eventually have the interview. She asked questions straight from the questionnaire she sent me prior to the interview to fill out so it was essentially repeating the same information and was seemingly disinterested in anything I was saying. I was told she would follow up with next steps and then ghosted after trying to reach back out. I am not sure if they already had a candidate in mind and was just doing this as a formality but the entire experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable.
