I was contacted by a head hunter. Overall I was interviewed by 6 people, so it was a long process. Most of the interviews were done using skype and everyone was super nice. I felt a really good connection with Instructure people. The bad thing it that they kept talking about how great instructure was, and the company culture and bla bla bla. You get super excited and then you dont get the job...that sucks. They ended up going with an internal recommendation. That seems to count for a lot in instructure.
