Interview
Recruiter found me on LinkedIn and reached out to me about an open job. We had an initial interview and he told me about the job, company, benefits, etc. He set up a video interview for the next week with a hiring manager.
I did the video interview with the hiring manager, which I thought went fine. He said they'd be in touch later next week. That was six weeks ago. I've heard zero from Instructure since. I emailed the recruiter to follow up, and he never responded.
You're a public company now. You're competing for talent in a very competitive market. You have to do better than this. Don't recruit people and tell them how great the company is and then go totally dark.

Interview
Submitted an application to a role as an internal candidate. After researching the hiring manager I connected directly with the individual. Sadly, I was provided a courtesy interview with another individual on the team. This has occurred a few times to others at the company. For some reason it is very difficult to move from one department to another and they prefer to hire outside of the company.
