      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Instructure

      Interview

The interview process for me was a bit long. I was an out of state candidate and was first provided a couple of phone interviews then an in person on site interview that lasted several hours. The on site interview style was a panel interview with seven other individuals.

      Question 1

The interview questions seemed to be fairly standard. The one interview question that took me by surprise the most in when they offered me the position on the spot and said "what is it going to take to get you here?" Really wan't expecting that and with a room crowded by others it felt a bit uncomfortable to respond.
