A very quick process, relatively. A mix of phone calls early into video calls, with a flat organization. From submission of the CV, to speaking with the HR screener, to three unique interview conversations, the process was under three weeks. Sadly, a misleading format style. Lots of discussion around candor, transparency, and ethics. Each conversation was given an enthusiastic endorsement and advancing in the process. Their "finish" leaves much to be desired. Lots of interaction and positive affirmations that lead to a "ghosting" and darkness. Multiple attempts to learn status resulted in a form rejection letter.
