The Interview process was a very lengthy one. It took me almost 2 months to get a phone interview, but I was patient till I got one. I was also very insistent until I got one (e.g. Emailing, calling). When I finally got an interview, the phone interview was swell, Cami interviewed me and was very laid back but very analytic asking good question to get a grasp of who I was. When I got an actual face to face interview I was interview by 4 people at the same time, whether it was to save time or to gain a collaborative idea about me it seemed intimidating.... At first, then the interview became very fun. After that I had one more interview in Spanish over the phone with the Director. It went well, I got a call about 2 weeks later finally letting me know I got the job.
