      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Instructure (Salt Lake City, UT) in Apr 2011

      Interview

They started with 2 phone interviews. The next step was a panel interview with the Tech Support Manager, Tech Support supervisor and one other person who's role I can't recall. The panel interview started with a game of 20 questions. I assume this was to see how a person handled a situation they weren't prepared for. The rest of the interview was pretty standard. They asked questions to find out about my troubleshooting, technical and communication abilities. They were very friendly and professional.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Instructure (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2017

      Interview

A great discussion with the team leaders. I sat down with three managers, who asked about my background, used several fun exercises to discover how I think, and created a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Truly enjoyable and very rewarding. They were very receptive to questions and comments, and made the interview process a fun experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

We played 20 questions. It was pretty epic. We also spent a good deal of time discussing culture, strategies for de-escalating customers, and other essential topics.
