The initial interview was done over the phone, it was your typical pre-screening process making sure you had the knowledge of the role. The second interview was on-site, it was lengthy and took approximately all day. The interview process was a series of individual one-on-one meetings with various key players who you will potentially work with on a daily basis. Overall, I met with 5 different individuals. None of it was that difficult, 85% of the conversation was about personality traits and how you manage particular scenarios. The final hour block was just past lunch time and the employee I was meeting with offered to take me out to lunch and continue the interview off-site. Had a very enjoyable time at their offices, can't really say a bad thing about the interview process.
