At first recruiting team was very active and communicative when interested, but when I presumably didn’t pass the panel round, they didn’t even bother to send me a feedback, despite me emailing them asking for updates

Interview
I appreciate the opportunity to participate in the 4 round interview process and the constructive feedback, particularly regarding areas for improvement in my interview etiquette. While I fully understand the importance of overall presentation, I was under the impression that my technical skills were a key focus for the role, and I’m pleased to hear that I performed well in that area and answered all questions per the expectations.
Given that I received positive feedback from other interviewers based on my technical capabilities, and appreciate feedback, still rejected based on the etiquatte.

Related to my work experience and technical capabilities
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intapp in Jul 2022
Interview
I had one interview with the recruiter and barely got a word in. They spoke most of the hour long conversation and didn’t ask many questions. Certainly not enough to know anything about my background or cultural fit. I reached out once after for next steps and although they were up front it was a lengthy process, two weeks had passed and there was no update. I didn’t reach back out given I no longer had interest and never heard back. Definitely a waste of time and a bit disappointing given the recruiter spoke so much about how kind and respectful the culture is.
