The interview was really hectic but I loved it. I spent the whole day there. It’s not interview as usual! Once it’s time for the interview, you’ll be given a lot of questions bordering about Instrumentation, Communication, Networking and Control in the context of Control Systems. You’ll also have mathematics questions! Time was infinite! What the Hiring manager wanted to see was how you approached the questions and your thought process. After answering as many questions as you can (10 leaves of questions), you’ll wait your turn to discuss your answer choices with the Hiring Manager. If you’re impressive, you get a call!

Interview
The interview process was highly competitive but felt drawn out. After applying, it took a long time for the written test to be scheduled, followed by significant delays in communication from HR. The interview with the managers, however, was well-organized and professional, but the overall process could benefit from being more streamlined.

Interview
It was quite simple rather than having multiple assessments and interviews they had:
1) An initial Test based on Technical, General and Behavioral knowledge.
2) A detailed technical interview
3) Confirmation interview from HR.
There was a bit of a delay in between them and the whole process took over 3 months due to number of applications and company's internal working conditions. However, I found the HR and management staff to be very cooperative and they informed me about the process timeline side by side on LinkedIn, upon asking.
