Contacted by the HR to set up a phone screening, 2 months after applying online.
Started out like a normal phone screening until HR asked to send the questions for me to fill by myself.
HR emailed me their work to do. The excel spreadsheet consisted of 25 questions, which they were supposed to ask and give their comments on.
Very Unprofessional and Lazy.
