Three rounds - phone screen, director, panel. Director informed me it could be up to 4 rounds. Lengthy process any they would get back to me later than told each time. If you're going to make a candidate wait so long and have a month + interview process, then at least let them know they were not selected. They ghosted and I thought it was disrespectful of my time and negligible on HR's part.
