Inter-State Studio & Publishing Phitographer interview questions

interview was easy, the supervisor explained the position, training requirements and asked me general interview questions along with availability, etc. i got hired on the spot; not necessarily a good sign...

The interview process was fine. Each season my boss hired 10-20 photographers so he interviewed a lot of people, just once. Basically, we met at a Starbucks and had a good conversation about your experience and you give him your resume. It was not the most formal interview but I assume it was the best way to do it for the large amount of people he interviewed in a short amount of time.
