The interview took 4-5weeks, with the recruiter, HM, interview panel (3 stakeholders), and the controller. All great people to talk to, and mostly behavior Q, no difficult conversation. I had a wonderful experience working with my recruiter Dez. Throughout the entire process, she were incredibly considerate, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed to prepare for each stage. She clearly communicated timelines and next steps, which made the experience feel transparent and well-organized. I especially appreciated how she kept me updated promptly, even when there were changes or delays, and made sure I felt supported the whole way through. Their professionalism and warmth made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
