I was contacted by a company recruiter for this open position. As part of the interview process, I had a phone call with the recruiter, a video call with the hiring manager, a video call with the Director, and in-person interviews with a VP, a manager, an HR Business Partner, and the Director. Although I wasn't selected for the position, I had a great candidate experience. The recruiter regularly touched base to provide status updates, got in touch when she said she was going to, everyone was very personable, and when I wasn't selected - the recruiter called me and even provided very helpful feedback. I've been interviewing at a number of companies, and this has been my best interview experience so far.
